Pre-sale Policy

Pre-orders, or better known as Pre-sales, are items that are not currently available, but will be released at a future date.

We offer pre-orders for most upcoming products so you don't miss out on limited-edition releases. Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are listed in the description and are subject to change.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive your pre-ordered items, we will ship them within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If your order includes in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship your entire order when all items are available.

Please contact us if you would like to have available items shipped first.

When will I be charged for my item?

To secure your item, the customer is asked to make a deposit of at least 50%.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
