What happens if my order is incorrect when it arrives?
Please contact us immediately by email at info@pinnacalligraphy.com. We do our best to ensure all orders are shipped correctly. If something isn't right, you have our word that we'll correct it and make sure you're satisfied.
What happens if my order arrives damaged by the carrier?
While we make sure every order is securely packaged, issues may occur with PedidosYA, ASAP, DHL, or other domestic shipping companies. So don't worry; we've got you covered. If anything ever arrives that you find unacceptable, simply contact us immediately at info@pinnacalligraphy.com (In the meantime, be sure to keep the packaging and the damaged model, as the carrier may request it as part of their investigation.)
