Shipping Policy
These Policies apply to the pinnacalligraphy.com website, and it is understood that by purchasing any of our products or services, the customer agrees to the terms, conditions, and delivery policies specified below.
1 - RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
It is essential that upon receipt of the merchandise, any incident that may have occurred regarding the condition of the merchandise or the packaging be noted, documented through photos, and communicated to PINNA CALLIGRAPHY immediately by email to info@pinnacalligraphy.com within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the package.
2 - RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The customer has 24 hours from receipt of the product to send PINNA CALLIGRAPHY any claim related to the supplied product. After this period, the products will be considered compliant by the customer. The claim must be made via email to info@pinnacalligraphy.com. PINNA CALLIGRAPHY is not responsible and reserves the right to reject any returns in the case of merchandise in poor condition due to improper use or shipping damage. In the case of returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs for the exchange and/or return of the product(s) will be borne by the customer, or the customer can come in person with the product and invoice to our branch at Calle 73 Oeste, Casa 69E, Altos de Betania. In the case of a return, if the customer wishes, we can coordinate and schedule the pickup of the product, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the return refund.
Product returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Return of non-defective products: Customers may return a product purchased at pinnacalligraphy.com and receive the full amount paid for said product, excluding shipping costs. The customer must return said product(s) in their original condition and packaging within a maximum period of 15 days from the invoice date to our Pinna Calligraphy location (Calle 73 Oeste, Casa 69E, Altos de Betania) and present the corresponding invoice. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to make the purchase within the stipulated time period. After 15 days from the invoice date, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges. The invoice must be presented in order to process the return.
- Return of defective products upon receipt: If the product received is defective, PINNA CALLIGRAPHY must be informed immediately by sending an email to info@pinnacalligraphy.com detailing the defect and attaching an invoice, payment receipt, and photographs/video.
3 - CONFIDENTIALITY
PINNA CALLIGRAPHY guarantees the security of its customers' information, which travels encrypted to our secure site and is handled in such a way that it cannot be deciphered by agents external to us.
4 - AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
Prices are expressed in American dollars (USD), according to the reference exchange rate on the day of the transaction. Prices may also be subject to change without prior notice.
To the extent possible, PINNA CALLIGRAPHY ensures the availability of the products and services displayed on the Website. In the event of a lack of availability, PINNA CALLIGRAPHY will not be held responsible beyond what is detailed in these Policies. Should a situation of unavailability arise, PINNA CALLIGRAPHY will promptly inform its customers via email from our Customer Service department about this situation beyond our control, indicating the estimated delivery time, a similar product, or a refund.
5 - DELIVERY TIMES
PINNA CALLIGRAPHY will deliver Monday through Friday. Customers agree that they must have someone present to receive their purchase during these times. If PINNA CALLIGRAPHY is unable to contact you, the order will not be shipped, and after a reasonable waiting period, it will be canceled.
IMPORTANT: Purchase orders placed online on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
6 - PAYMENTS
The customer agrees to pay the full amount of the purchase order placed on pinnacalligraphy.com to PINNA CALLIGRAPHY. The accepted payment methods are bank transfer (ACH) or credit card to the PINNA CALLIGRAPHY account indicated on the payment portal. The customer agrees to follow the instructions for sending proof of payment. Failure to do so will result in the order not being processed or shipped.
7 - ORDER POLICIES
The customer must provide the recipient's complete address information. If the customer does not have the complete address, assistance may be provided in locating the address, provided it is a business address, company address, or location that, due to its commercial, assistance, or government nature, is of public interest. For these purposes, the customer must provide, at a minimum, the phone number, email address, and contact name.
PINNA CALLIGRAPHY reserves the right to refuse to provide information to the client if the client has provided partial or misleading information about his or her identity.
8 - DELIVERY POLICIES
PINNA CALLIGRAPHY delivers within the Republic of Panama. The customer accepts that the shipping cost and time will vary depending on the delivery location and is responsible for the shipping cost, unless PINNA CALLIGRAPHY specifies otherwise or runs a promotion.
The customer is obligated to provide the recipient's information necessary for delivery of the requested product. Any errors or missing information regarding this matter will be the customer's sole responsibility.
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days once payment has been deposited into PINNA CALLIGRAPHY's account, depending on the sales volume on the day the customer made their purchase and the delivery location.
IMPORTANT: Our couriers are not authorized to enter the building or buildings to pick up the order. Delivery will be made to the reception desk.
9 - CANCELLATIONS
Once the Purchase Order has been submitted and processed through our portal, pinnacalligraphy.com, we will accept cancellations within 24 hours as long as the order has not yet shipped. If the order has been shipped, the customer must complete the return or exchange process.
To cancel or cancel an order, the customer must write to us at info@pinnacalligraphy.com with their order number and request. In this case, the customer must request a refund or cancel the payment, either by deposit or bank transfer, and/or credit card, in order to receive a refund, provided they meet the conditions explained above.
10 - CONSUMER PROTECTION
We are committed to complying with the Consumer Protection Act and its privacy policy guidelines.
11 - NOT FORESEEN
Any situation not covered by these policies will be resolved by PINNA CALLIGRAPHY. At all times, compliance with our agreements will be verified under the philosophy of maximum customer satisfaction, with the understanding that there will be external agents that will prevent us from fulfilling our purpose.
