This hand-blown round glass Herbin pen is made in the 16th century Venetian tradition.
Each pen is an individual work of art. The fine glass nibs are twisted into a gentle spiral to retain the maximum amount of ink. Glass pens are ideal for both fountain pen ink and calligraphy/dip pen ink.
Note: The instructions inside this glass pen state that you can smooth the nib with the included fine sandpaper. If you sand it, you are altering the nib and will not be eligible for a return. So proceed with caution and understand that glass pens are rigid and, by nature, will not feel as smooth as a fountain pen.
